Since its formalization as a network in 1997, HomeNet Southeast Asia through its national HomeNets has ensured the collective participation of its homeworkers-members to seek appropriate solutions to their problems and issues through advocacy, networking and linking, resource mobilization, capacity building, and the implementation of development projects for sustainability and self-reliance.
Programs and services of its member networks include education and training, socio-economic assistance, research and documentation, marketing, facilitation of access to social protection, organizing, staff development and administration, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
