Join us on an online celebration to commemorate the historic signing of the Kathmandu Declaration established on 20 October 2000. Every year since then, home-based workers (HBWs) have come together to organize a series of events and demonstrations aimed at drawing attention to their rights and demands.

This year, representatives of the growing international network of home-based workers will share the history of the HBWs movement and what HBW’s day means for their struggle for global recognition. We will also use this day to mark the launch of HomeNet International web site.
