The Institute for Development of Community Strengths (INDECOS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1991, serving the southern region of Sri Lanka. They focus on economically empowering women, with over 7,000 women entrepreneurs involved in home-based production under their women entrepreneurship program. INDECOS offers various services to empower these women and also works with children and youth.
