The Ngalo Buwereza Organization (NBO-Uganda), a national network of home-based workers in Uganda, held a national workshop on January 27th and 28th, 2025. This event brought together 36 representatives from across the country with the sole aim of consolidating the constitutional discussions that had taken place earlier at the district level. The main areas of discussion centered around the following topics:
- Aims and objectives of NBO-Uganda
- Membership and affiliation
- The organizational structure of NBO-Uganda
- The governance structure
- Financial management
The discussion concluded successfully, with participants making final submissions for the development of a fairer draft for adoption during the upcoming general assembly.
